Delphi Developer / Delphi Programmer - SOAP, XML, MSSQL

DESCRIPTION
This position would suit a Delphi developer with good programming skills looking to work on a range of applications and products. As a Delphi Developer / Delphi Programmer, you will be responsible for developing the company's existing software as well as new products.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent years of experience in a software development environment developing Delphi applications
  • Delphi (ideally Delphi 7 and later versions) development background, using standalone, client-server or browser based applications
  • Strong knowledge in web services, SOAP, XML
  • Database programming language experience, preferably using MSSQL
  • Strong Object Oriented (OOP) skills
  • Familiarity with Win32 API programming
  • Familiarity with Install-Shield or other installer systems
  • Familiarity with version control systems
  • Background developing in traditional SDLCs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Mortgage and/or Compliance software
  • Experience in interfacing with third-party software vendors
  • Experience with integrating advanced reporting engines
  • Experience in .NET

Sr. Verification Processor

Laguna Hills - CA


DESCRIPTION
This position is primarily responsible for processing and following up on verifications of employment/ income (VOE/VOI), and related clarifications. This position is also responsible for ensuring correct procedures were followed for each task so that the file can be marked ready to go. A Senior Verifications Processor must communicate efficiently with all departments and effectively resolve all issues. They must also communicate with team members and managers, to handle all requests to ensure accurate and timely file completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee may be required to rotate through other departments or roles based on workload and organization needs.

  • Perform electronic data entry
  • Ensure all verifications for specific client needs are sent within stated timeframes and via appropriate method
  • Ensure all verifications receive appropriate follow-ups within specific timeframe, based on service plan
  • Ensure verifications were sent to the correct location as appropriate based on service plan
  • Ensure verification received from employer meets client expectations. Re-contacts employer immediately to resolve any omissions/clarifications prior to client involvement
  • Log errors and omissions
  • Log and/or process requests submitted by clients

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to navigate the Internet

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
College degree or comparable experience preferred. Mortgage industry experience required – Mortgage loan processor (Junior OK), loan officer, loan officer assistant, or similar.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, Google search results, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Multi-language skills a plus.
